Telecom Sales & Lead Generation

We are hiring experienced telecom professionals for lead generation, sales, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns for telecom and related services.

Role Focus:

* Generate qualified leads and sales

* Cross-sell / upsell telecom services

* Meet sales targets, KPIs, and budget goals

* Work on inbound, outbound, digital, referral, and lead conversion opportunities

* Maintain quality and compliance standards

Requirements:

* Telecom sales/lead generation experience preferred

* Experience with internet, TV, mobile, smart home, or related services is a plus

* Strong communication and conversion skills

* KPI and target-driven mindset

Compensation Structure:

* Fixed salary/base compensation

* Performance incentives/commission plan

* Incentives subject to qualification and vesting requirements

* Bonus/commission may be released after the qualification period (example: 3-month chargeback/retention validation period)

* Incentives payable only for qualified and non-chargeback sales as per company policy

Commission Vesting Policy Example:

“Sales incentives and bonuses are subject to a vesting period and quality validation. Incentives may be released after completion of the required retention/chargeback review period (example: 90 days) and fulfillment of company qualification criteria.

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timing: Night Shift

Qualification: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
