Telecom T&C Supervisor / Engineer

Candidzone is a leading recruitment and HR solutions provider in Qatar, connecting top talent with reputable organizations across various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Telecom Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Supervisor / Engineer for a leading project in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telecom testing, commissioning activities, and Oil & Gas sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute telecom testing & commissioning activities
• Ensure telecom systems are commissioned according to project specifications and industry standards
• Prepare and review commissioning procedures, reports, and checklists
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clients during commissioning phases
• Troubleshoot telecom systems and resolve technical issues
• Verify testing of communication networks, PA/GA systems, CCTV, access control, and related systems
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements
• Support startup, handover, and final acceptance activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or relevant discipline
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects (Testing & Commissioning scope)
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures and industry standards
• Experience in telecom systems, communication networks, and control interfaces
• Strong technical troubleshooting and coordination skills
