Telecommuting Independent Contract Attorney - Medicaid/Guardianship

Litigator with experience in New Jersey and PA for boutique health care law firm. Passionate about advocacy for healthcare institutions and under-represented (elderly,disabled) a plus. Guardianship and Medicaid experience preferred. Ability to travel a must; strong writing and research skills required; experience formulating arguments and case strategies a must. Experience in witness prep, examination and cross-examination required. Self-starter and comfortable with courtroom advocacy. Independent contractor position; telecommuting. Licensed in NJ and PA.
