Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


Position Overview

The Telehealth BCBA ensures clinical quality across client programs by providing direct, ongoing support to Clinical Supervisors and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, training staff, and overseeing clinical service delivery via telehealth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs, functional analyses, VB-MAPP, and Vineland assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive Individual Behavior Plans.
  • Oversee Mid-Tier Clinical Supervisors and review client program design.
  • Lead interdisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Conduct report reviews and maintain documentation protocols.
  • Carry a caseload of a minimum of 120 billable hours per month.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance oversight.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in related fields.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • 2+ years of ABA field experience.
  • 1+ year supervisory experience.
  • Strong ABA, data analysis, and report writing skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35 – $37 per hour.
