Telehealth Lead Generation Specialist

California ADHD Online is a telehealth practice providing online comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults in California. We are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to help us grow by driving new patient inquiries.

Your role is to identify and connect with adults in California who may benefit from an ADHD assessment and book them for a free discovery call with our team.

A completed call means the person shows up to the scheduled call and meets the following criteria, which you are responsible for screening before booking:

• California resident
• 18 years or older
• Suspects they may have ADHD
• Understands this is a private-pay practice
• Has genuine intent to move forward

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Fully remote with no set hours and no cap on earnings.

We are a small, growing practice, and this role is best suited for someone who already knows how to generate leads and is comfortable working independently. We will make sure you have everything you need to understand our service, but we are looking for someone who can own the strategy and execution from day one.

Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following:

• Healthcare or telehealth lead generation
• Patient outreach or acquisition
• Medical or behavioral health marketing
• Appointment setting in a clinical or wellness setting
• Sales development in health services

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
