Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments to evaluate hormone levels, symptoms, and overall health status.
• Develop and implement individualized HRT treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide education on hormone therapy options, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system to document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Stay current with advances in telehealth practices, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), CPT coding (Current Procedural Terminology), and HIPAA compliance standards to ensure quality and legal adherence.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with experience in HRT Hormone Replacement Therapy.
• Proven telehealth experience demonstrating proficiency in remote patient management and virtual communication tools.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and diagnostic evaluation related to hormone therapy and general patient assessment.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
