Position Summary

We’re seeking a licensed MD or DO who is passionate about hormone optimization, metabolic health, and patient longevity to join our high-performing telehealth team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position with complete administrative support, flexible scheduling, and competitive compensation. You bring your clinical expertise — we handle the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations with new and existing patients across multiple states

• Review labs, medical histories, and treatment plans with precision and care

• Prescribe medications and refills for TRT, HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, and sexual wellness protocols

• Document all encounters accurately in a HIPAA-compliant EHR

• Collaborate with clinic leadership to refine protocols and improve patient outcomes

• Adhere to state and federal telemedicine regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license in at least one U.S. state

• Willingness to obtain licensure in Kansas (KS), Missouri (MO), Florida (FL), and Texas (TX)

• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain one

• Prior experience with HRT/TRT, peptide therapy, GLP-1, or sexual wellness strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills and excellent virtual bedside manners

Compensation & Incentives

• Base: $65+ per patient consultation, with room for increases as your patient panel expands

• Bonus: 20% commission on upsells (peptides, GLP-1s, sexual wellness programs)

• Tiered growth incentives as patient volume and tenure increase

• All compensation is 1099-based, paid promptly, and directly tied to performance & volume
