Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to establish rapport and identify opportunities.
  • Present product and service offerings clearly, emphasizing benefits aligned with client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing client objections confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology solutions and business services to effectively communicate their value propositions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to nurture relationships, upsell services, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in customer service or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
