What you’ll do

• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up on.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in warm calling to reconnect with previous customers and explore new opportunities.
• Leverage your B2B sales experience to identify and pursue business development leads.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance metrics.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales concepts.
• Experience using CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Background in customer service or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
