Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all paid marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics to meet objectives and budgets, and creating paid campaigns and ads across various media platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing paid marketing campaigns and adjusting tactics to meet objectives and budgets
  • Creating paid campaigns and ads across various media platforms
  • Planning, building, and executing creative and engaging paid campaigns
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance to develop ways of spending more efficiently
  • Optimizing campaigns by making continual adjustments to targeting and bidding on all relevant platforms

In addition to paid marketing, the candidate will also be responsible for managing social media accounts, moderating comments and messages, and managing and overseeing social media content.

The candidate will also be responsible for lead generation through market research, continuous cold calling of prospective corporate clients, arranging sales meetings with prospective corporate clients, and identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements for the role include proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role, experience in customer support, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and the ability to develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.

The candidate will work closely with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights, and will be responsible for identifying all sales channels and implementing and executing effectively on sales strategies to win this segment.

  • Developing digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  • Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)

The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting content issues, conducting website performance tests, generating WordPress themes and plugins, and conducting WordPress training with clients.

In terms of HR responsibilities, the candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, hiring and training new technical support/IT staff, providing guidance and insight to upper management, and reporting progress, including any changes made to plans and production.
