Telemarketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in Egypt. No English proficiency is required for this role, as the primary language for communication will be Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting cold calls to potential customers in Egypt
• Introducing our company's products and services in a persuasive manner
• Generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and outcomes achieved
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful follow-ups with leads
• Staying updated on industry trends and competition to effectively pitch our offerings

Requirements

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Must have a biometric passport for easy travel between UAE and Egypt
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets
