Telemarketer vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE

We are looking for an experienced part-time telemarketer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful candidate must have a valid passport to work in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to solicit sales opportunities
• Collect customer information such as preferences and demographics
• Generate sales leads by engaging customers in conversations
• Conduct surveys to obtain customer feedback
• Follow up on leads identified by other departments
• Maintain accurate records of all calls made and the results of those calls
• Achieve targets set by the management team on a regular basis

Requirements

• Valid passport to work in UAE
• Previous experience in telemarketing or related fields (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor at all times
• Willingness to learn new concepts quickly
