Telemarketer vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. This is a part time position and we are providing a free visa and ticket for the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing or customer service roles, and will be comfortable working with all age groups. Candidates need not be proficient in English as it is not necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about services available
• Answering questions about products or services
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Entering and updating customer information into the database
• Keeping records of calls and sales made
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals set by management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or related field is a plus
• Ability to work with all age groups
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An optimistic attitude towards meeting goals.
