Job Description:
Jayine Real Estate is urgently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team through effective communication. If you are energetic, persuasive, and results-driven, this role is perfect for you.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telemarketing or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone handling abilities and active listening skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle rejection professionally
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet daily/weekly targets
• Must be currently based in the UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and present company services
• Generate qualified leads for the sales and leasing team
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
• Answer inquiries and provide accurate information
