We're hiring Telemarketers / Lead Setters to help grow our customer base by connecting with past and current clients and setting service appointments for our technicians.

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll call customers from our existing database, reconnect with past clients, and set appointments for HVAC services. There’s no cold calling to random numbers—we provide warm leads and real customers. Ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow with a dependable company.

Key Responsibilities

· • Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm prospects

· • Schedule appointments for HVAC service calls and system consultations

· • Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM

· • Hit daily and weekly goals for calls, follow-ups, and appointments set

· • Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure smooth scheduling

Requirements

· • Excellent communication and customer service skills

· • Comfortable on the phone with a friendly and professional tone

· • Basic computer and CRM knowledge

· • HVAC, telemarketing, or home service experience is a plus

· • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized

· • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus but not required
