Telemarketer / Booking Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven individual to join our team as a Telemarketer / Booking Coordinator. The role focuses on making outbound calls to prospects, database contacts, and package holders to schedule orientations and encourage trial bookings. Success is measured by confirmed appointments and conversion of leads into active guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to database contacts and members to promote services and schedule orientations.
  • Clearly explain REKOOP’s offerings and guide potential guests to suitable sessions.
  • Drive attendance by confirming bookings and following up with reminders.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, booking status, and conversion results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth guest onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed call and booking targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service.
  • Clear, friendly, and engaging phone presence.
  • Target-driven and motivated by incentives.
  • Organised, reliable, and professional.
  • Prior experience in wellness, spa, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.

Work Details

Mon - Fri ( 9am - 6pm ) at Raffles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
