NEHS is a leading real estate firm based in the United States, specializing in helping clients and investors buy and sell residential properties. We are expanding our team and seeking a Remote Inside Sales Agent / Telemarketer based in Egypt to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Summary:
As a Remote Inside Sales Agent / Telemarketer, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads for residential properties for sale in the United States. Using your excellent communication skills and sales acumen, you will engage with potential sellers, build rapport, and qualify leads to help our clients find their dream homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct outbound calls to homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties.
  • Utilize scripts and sales strategies to effectively engage with prospects and generate interest.
  • Qualification and Appointment Setting:
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, motivation, and readiness to sell.
  • Schedule appointments for our real estate agents to conduct further consultations.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update and clean the database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions with prospects and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to telemarketing and data privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
