Telemarketer – Janitorial Services (Hourly + Commission)

Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated telemarketer to help grow our janitorial services business by reaching out to local businesses and securing new clients. This position offers hourly pay plus commission for every deal closed.

Responsibilities:

• Call local businesses to offer janitorial services
• Pitch services and build interest
• Set appointments or close contracts
• Follow up with potential clients
• Track daily call activity and results

Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Sales or telemarketing experience preferred

Bonus:
Weekly bonuses available for hitting sales targets

Pay: $15.00 per hour
