What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound cold calls to candidates (database provided)

• Arrange interviews for candidates to meet with the hiring manager

• Update call records and follow-ups (Google Drive)

• No selling involved - just interview appointment setting!

• Training & scripts will be provided

Who We're Looking For

• Cheerful, confident, and good phone manners

• Responsible and self-disciplined

• No prior experience needed (we'll train you!)
