- Utilize various communication channels-including phone calls, email, and social media-to connect with prospects and follow up on inquiries.
- Document call outcomes and track customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up and continuous improvement.
- Meet assigned targets related to calls, appointments, and customer engagement.
