Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
• Clearly explain and promote company services
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records in the system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication
• Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com/ICS) qualification
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong English communication skills (spoken)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM systems preferred)
• Confident, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Punctual and disciplined
• Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
