About the Role:
Alert Security Asset Protection is seeking an experienced Salesperson or Seasoned Operations Manager with strong telemarketing and cold-calling experience. The ideal candidate will use their prospecting and business development skills to identify and secure new clients for our security guard services.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct telemarketing and cold calls to uncover new business opportunities.

· Follow up on marketing leads and expand existing client relationships.

· Identify and pursue new prospects where security services may be needed.

· Provide detailed daily call reports to company owners, including client contact names, company details, opportunity size, and notes.

· Clearly explain company services and set multiple appointments daily for sales presentations and proposals.

· Meet performance expectations—quality over quantity—with a goal of 6 live conversations per day or 75 left-message/no-interest calls per 8-hour shift.

· Submit proposals that will be factored into call performance evaluation and commission rewards.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.

· Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain persistence.

· Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

· Prior experience in the security services industry is a plus.

· Veteran preference will be given.

Compensation:

· $23.00 per hour

· Plus a highly rewarding commission package based on closed sales
