Komal Healthcare is looking for a Telemarketing and Sales Executive at its Factory Location in Bhayandar East.

Job Summary: you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality leads through proactive outreach and data research, contributing directly to our revenue growth in the surgical and ortho implants sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads by making outbound calls and sending targeted emails using provided data sources.

- Research and dig deeper into existing data to gather new leads, contacts, and market insights as per given instructions.

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and strategies.

- Analyze lead performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts and improve conversion rates.

- Stay updated on industry trends in surgical implants and healthcare to identify emerging opportunities
