Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing & Conference Executive for a temporary, on-site role in Abu Dhabi. This position is central to our delegate acquisition and event management efforts. You will be responsible for driving engagement, generating high-quality leads, and providing exceptional support to ensure the success of our upcoming conferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential delegates, sponsors, and partners to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Sales & Promotion: Pitch conference value propositions to industry professionals to secure participation and registrations.
• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing detailed information regarding event schedules, logistics, and registration.
• Communication: Maintain professional correspondence via phone and email to build and nurture client relationships.
• On-site Support: Assist with on-site event coordination and registration management during live conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong background in customer service.
• Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience within the MICE industry is highly beneficial.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; multilingualism is considered a significant advantage.
• Preference: Preference will be given to female candidates.
