Telemarketing Executive

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain products or services and answer customer queries. Maintain a database of customer contact information and call records. Follow up on leads and close sales or schedule appointments. Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets. Provide feedback to the marketing/sales team for improvement.
