Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company products/services and explain features and benefits.
- Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales depending on company requirements.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain company image.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve call scripts and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum high school/Intermediate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in Urdu/English (as required).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on call.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus.
