Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Introduce company products/services and explain features and benefits.
  • Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales depending on company requirements.
  • Maintain customer database and update call records.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain company image.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve call scripts and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum high school/Intermediate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Urdu/English (as required).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive on call.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Previous telemarketing or call center experience is a plus.
