ROLE OVERVIEW

Elevation Med Spa is a luxury aesthetic clinic in West Palm Beach operating a high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising funnel generating large daily inbound leads for promotional aesthetic treatments.

We are expanding our conversion team and are open to hiring Philippines-based telemarketing specialists already residing in Dubai who can work from our Business Bay office while servicing our U.S. clinic.

We are seeking an elite Telemarketing & Lead Conversion Specialist with at least 4+ years of direct experience converting Meta advertising leads specifically for med spas, aesthetic clinics, or cosmetic practices.

This role is NOT basic appointment setting.

It requires someone who has already worked in:

• High-volume med spa lead environments
• Promotional aesthetic offers
• Facebook/Instagram lead funnels
• CRM + booking automation systems
• Luxury client conversion

You must be comfortable handling:

• Large daily lead flow
• Price-sensitive promo clients
• Objection handling
• Commitment creation
• Arrival-rate accountability

We previously hired telemarketers without true med-spa Meta experience — they could not handle the volume or conversion demands.
This role is ONLY for candidates who already succeeded in this exact environment.

A critical part of this role is the ability to retarget and revive past leads, not just convert new ones.

You will work both:

• New Meta leads
• Historical CRM leads
• Past patient databases (Nova POS)

OUR MARKETING MODEL

Elevation Med Spa invests approximately $18,000–$20,000/month in Meta advertising promoting high-value aesthetic services at introductory pricing.

Typical campaigns include:

• HydraFacial promotions
• LED facial rejuvenation
• Skin tightening
• Body contouring
• Botox promos
• Collagen facials

Offer structure:

• $290–$500 value
• $79–$99 intro price
• No deposit
• Limited availability

Your role is to convert all inbound interest — past and present — into confirmed arrivals.

LEAD FLOW & BOOKING PROCESS

Lead sources:

• Meta lead forms
• Instagram DMs
• Facebook Messenger
• Website funnels
• Acuity / Squarespace
• CRM (Zoho)
• Nova POS database

Responsibilities:

• Immediate contact of new leads
• Persistent follow-up of unanswered leads
• Retarget CRM & Nova POS contacts
• Re-engage dormant prospects
• Explain promo + experience
• Overcome objections
• Secure booking commitment
• Enter into calendar
• Confirm details
• Double confirmations
• Ensure arrival

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

Clinic monthly goal:
250–300 arrivals

Required telemarketer output:

• 300–400 bookings/month
• 10–13 bookings/day
• 8–10 arrivals/day

Compensation tied to arrivals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)

You MUST have:

4+ years telemarketing/sales
Med spa or aesthetic clinic experience
Meta/Facebook lead conversion
High-volume booking environment
CRM + booking systems
Retargeting old leads
Database reactivation
- Objection handling
- Nova POS or similar

Not suitable for:

General VA
Cold calling only
Real estate / insurance sales
Non-aesthetic appointment setting

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Confident converting promo inquiries into bookings.

COMPENSATION (DUBAI MARKET)

For Philippines telemarketers in Dubai with this specialization:

Typical Dubai salary range:
AED 3,500 – 5,500/month (base telemarketing)

However, this is a performance conversion role, not standard telemarketing.

Recommended Elevation Package (Dubai)

Base salary:
AED 3,000 – 3,500/month

Performance:
≈ AED 10–12 per arrival

Expected total earnings:

AED 4,000 – 5,000/month
for 200+ arrivals performance

High performers may exceed AED 6,000.

This structure keeps alignment with the U.S. role where ~50% of income is performance-based.
