PRIOR PHONE SALES / COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SELL ANYTHING!

Your job is simple:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using our Auto-Dialer and CRM
• Speak with homeowners interested in home improvement projects
• Set qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives
• Let our closers do the selling!

COMPENSATION:

• $15 Per Hour Base Pay - min 6 hours a day.
• Bonus for Every Qualified Appointment Set
• Additional Bonuses When Deals Close

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Telemarketing or Cold Calling Experience REQUIRED
• Spanish Speakers Highly Preferred but not required
• Strong Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude
• Reliable and Punctual
• Team Player Mentality
