Eve Clinic in Riyadh is expanding its customer experience team and we're looking for a high-energy Telemarketing Specialist who can deliver an exceptional first impression to our clients.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and passionate about the aesthetic Clinics industry.

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and high service standards.
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations across all clinic departments.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong lead pipelines.
• Provide clear information about treatments, prices, and ongoing offers.
• Update CRM with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
• Coordinate with the marketing & sales teams to enhance lead quality.
• Meet monthly targets for booking, follow-up, and conversion rates.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (in aesthetic clinics or hospitals) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Excellent persuasion, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
