Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to negotiate and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets effectively.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to provide valuable insights during calls.

Skills

• Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, particularly in technical sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals effectively over the phone.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both verbally and written.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
