About the Role

We are a telemedicine company providing asynchronous medication reconciliation services for our clients.
This role involves non-emergent, chart-based medication reconciliation with no live calls, typically completed in 3-5 minutes per encounter.

This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible, remote, high-efficiency telemedicine work.

Who We’re Looking For

We are actively seeking qualified licensed Physicians who currently hold multiple active state licenses to support multi-state coverage as we work in all 50 states.

We are currently hiring candidates that hold an active and clean license in one or more of the following states:

• Arizona
• California
• Colorado
• Connecticut
• Florida
• Illinois
• Massachusetts
• Michigan
• New Jersey
• New York
• North Carolina
• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Texas

Key Responsibilities

• Perform asynchronous medication reconciliation
• Review medication lists and documentation
• Identify discrepancies
• Document accurately in company CMR
• Follow established clinical and QA standards

Required Qualifications

✔ Active, unrestricted license(s) in multiple states
✔ Telemedicine or medication reconciliation experience (preferred, not required)
✔ Comfortable with asynchronous, independent work
✔ Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

✔ Maintain personal liability/ medical malpractice insurance
✔ NPI & Medicaid #s
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation quality
