Telemetry Registered Nurse - Bessemer, Alabama

A Registered Nurse with Telemetry experience is sought for an engaging contract opportunity in Bessemer, AL. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients following established protocols
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from joint replacement surgeries
• Utilize Epic for accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Float to similar units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
  
  

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with telemetry experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Comfortable working with a nurse-patient ratio of 1:6 in a 21-bed unit
• Experience using Epic electronic medical records system preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend and on a 12-hour day shift schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Weekend rotation every other weekend
