Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and systematic patient assessments for all stages of growth and development.
• Deliver direct clinical care with proficiency in emergency procedures and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing processes, patient progress, and education.
• Uphold professional nursing standards and adhere to institutional policies.
• Foster patient and family satisfaction through respectful, courteous, and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with National Patient Safety Goals and safe patient handling protocols.
• Apply specialized knowledge of surgical patient care, anesthesia effects, and perioperative procedures.
