Telephone Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring GigaParts delivers exceptional customer satisfaction. The job includes variety, so two workdays are ever the same. This position requires a good listener that picks up on things quickly, has a can-do attitude, and enjoys solving problems by making use of the available resources. Excellent oral and written skills are essential to success in this position. There is constant use of telephone and computer equipment. Once mastered, this position offers many advancement avenues within the company.

Education: H.S. Diploma or GED

This position is on-site

Work hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm and a Saturday rotation.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
