Job Summary:

As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls within our organization. Your primary goal will be to provide efficient and courteous communication services, ensuring a positive experience for our clients, customers, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.

Transfer calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Must Know Telephone lines installation and repairs.

Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipient.

Operate switchboards and other telecommunication systems effectively.

Collaborate with various departments to coordinate communication flow.

Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

Assist in managing voicemail systems and forwarding messages as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a telephone operator or in a similar customer service role.

Familiarity with telephone systems and basic troubleshooting.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience with multi-line phone systems.

Additional language proficiency may be advantageous.
