Telephone Sales Executive – Interior Design and Fit-Out

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who is confident on the phone and preferably familiar with the construction / interior / fit-out industry.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a stable salary + high commission potential.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 2,000
• Commission: - 2% for small projects / 4% for medium projects / 6% for large, high-effort projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (developers, companies, landlords, brokers, schools, offices, etc.)
• Introduce KN Spaceworks’ services (design, fit-out, renovation, permits)
• Generate qualified leads and set meetings/site visits
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain and update lead records
• Coordinate with management and technical team
• Support closing of deals and long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (construction/fit-out knowledge is a BIG advantage)
• Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Basic understanding of construction / interiors / fit-out is preferred
• Target-driven and commission-motivated
• Able to work independently and follow up consistently
