Telephone Sales Representative

TELECALLER (URGENT BASIS)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
