Telephone Sales Representative

JIT Express is growing and we’re looking for a driven, high-energy Telemarketing Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base.

If you love talking on the phone, aren’t afraid of cold calling, and want uncapped earning potential - this is for you.

Base Pay: $15/hour
Commission: $30 per new customer (on first shipment)

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

10 new customers – $100 bonus

15 new customers – $250 bonus

20 new customers – $400 bonus

What You’ll Do

Cold call potential business customers

Call existing customers to earn more business

Introduce JIT Express freight services

Qualify leads and gather shipment information

Hand off new customers to our pricing/logistics team

Track calls and new accounts

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills

Confident on the phone

Self-motivated and goal-driven

Sales or telemarketing experience preferred (not required)

Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
