Telephone Sales Representative (Digital Marketing)

We are hiring a Telephone Sales Representative (Digital Marketing) to handle customer calls, understand business requirements, and explain our digital marketing services in a clear and professional manner.

This role focuses on customer communication and service explanation and is suitable for candidates with basic sales or calling experience, as well as freshers with training.

This is a structured calling role, not a promotional or commission-only position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer calls as per process
• Understand customer needs and explain digital marketing services
• Maintain call notes and follow-up details
• Coordinate with internal teams for next steps
• Follow company calling guidelines and scripts
• Work towards assigned call and conversion goals

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with calling or sales training
• Candidates with 0–3 years experience in telecalling / inside sales
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English (or regional language)
• Comfortable with phone-based roles
