Telephone Sales Representative Real Estate

We are hiring experienced real estate telemarketers who can start immediately.

What we need (non-negotiable):

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in real estate telecalling / telesales (Dubai market preferred)
• Strong command of English (Arabic / other languages is a plus)
• Proven ability to handle leads, qualify clients, and book meetings
• Comfortable with high call volumes and performance pressure
• Familiar with CRM systems and follow-up discipline
• Can join immediately or within a few days — no long notice periods

What you’ll do:

• Call fresh & existing real estate leads daily
• Qualify buyers/investors and assess genuine intent
• Book meetings for sales consultants
• Maintain clean CRM updates and follow-ups
• Hit targets — consistently
