Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate financial product/service guidance.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.

Maintain proper records of client communications and update CRM regularly

Work towards enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.

Make client understand about out services.

Candidate must be comfortable in sales process.
