Job Title: Telesales

Location: Dubai, Business Bay

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating leads, promoting property listings, and supporting the sales team through phone-based communication. Focuses on qualifying prospects, scheduling property viewings, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, tenants, and investors

- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, property portals, and CRM systems

- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans

- Qualify leads and schedule property viewings for sales agents

- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

- Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

- Experience in telesales or customer service

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Target-driven and self-motivated

- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals

- Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
