Roles & responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers, leveraging persuasive communication to promote products and services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring a strong understanding of customer motivations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies that enhance conversion rates and overall revenue.
- Be able to achieve Sales Targets. Analyzing and maintaining sales data, and monitoring schedules Bringing new clients and making new business collaborations (collected targeting database, approaching, negotiations, and closing the deals.) Developing company policies and ensuring compliance Reporting to manager about company processes and procedures
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, demonstrating proven sales success and industry knowledge.
- Well Mannered in speaking or talking to clients.
- Must be willing to relocate to Deira or nearby areas.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office.
- Must have a good initiative.
- Must have a negotiation skills.
- Must speaks English/Malayalam
