âWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our Truck Dispatch team, focused on the U.S. logistics and transportation market. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in truck dispatch sales, excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent, and a proven ability to close deals effectively.

âKey Responsibilities:
â
âMake outbound calls to potential trucking companies and owner-operators in the USA.
â
âPresent and promote dispatch services to new and existing clients.
â
âBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
â
âUnderstand client needs and offer suitable dispatch solutions.
â
âFollow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close clients confidently.
â
âAchieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
â
âMaintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions.

âRequirements:
â
âFluent in English (spoken and written) with a clear American accent.
â
âProven experience in the truck dispatch or freight sales industry (mandatory).
â
âStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
â
âAbility to work independently and achieve sales goals.

âConfident, energetic, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment.

âBasic understanding of U.S. trucking and logistics operations.
