Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to property owners and leads in the secondary market
• Handle incoming inquiries related to listings and company services
• Schedule and follow up on property viewings
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Fluency in English is a must – strong speaking and writing skills required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Confident using computers
