Telesales Agent

Fine Arc Properties is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. If you have excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and at least 1 year of telesales experience in any relevant industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
• Promote real estate services, available properties, and investment opportunities.
• Understand client needs, arrange properties, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM records.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (any relevant industry).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and ability to handle targets.
• Basic understanding of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
• Currently based in Dubai.
