Telesales Agent

Job description:

1. Sales & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel packages, holiday offers, visa services, or tours.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers seeking travel information.
• Convert leads into bookings through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
• Follow up on warm leads, previous inquiries, and past customers.

2. Customer Support & Consultation

• Provide detailed information about destinations, tour packages, flights, hotels, and pricing.
• Suggest suitable travel options based on customer requirements and budget.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.

3. Database & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and booking details in the CRM system.
• Update customer databases and ensure all interactions are logged.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls made, and sales conversions.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and reservations team for booking confirmations.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions by making promotional calls.

Skills & Qualifications Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Telephone etiquette and polite customer handling.
• Ability to sell products convincingly.
• Knowledge of travel packages, destinations, and visa services (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
