Telesales Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or experienced to join our telesales team for Dream11

You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining iGaming / Forex Trading platform, and converting leads into active users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company services and gaming /forex platform clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and update CRM system
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Hindi and English speaking are mandatory (Telugu,Kannada,Tamil.Gujarati will be an added advantage )
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
