Telesales Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent with 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into site visits or qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or cold leads
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries through calls, emails, or other channels
  • Understand customer needs and explain property offerings effectively
  • Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure high conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends and project details

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of telesales experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales or property telesales
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an advantage

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
