We are looking for confident and motivated Verification Agent to join our telesales team. The role involves credit card verification calls, confirming customer details, and ensuring accurate information as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for credit card verification
• Verify customer details accurately and professionally
• Follow verification scripts and quality guidelines
• Maintain proper records of verification calls
• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Experience in telesales / call center / verification preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
